LION has automated the process of finding the most appropriate
loan. We take the rates from over 300 lenders every morning and feed them
into a massive database containing approximately 10 million price variants.
Then, we give the broker a simple form where he selects from over 50
variables
that describe the kind of loan he is seeking for his client. In seconds, up
comes a list of programs that fit his criteria, ordered by rate.
While we cannot provide you with access to the Loan Search, below is a
copy that will allow you to see how it functions. You can
click on the arrow to the right of each field to see the many choices that
allow the broker to define the loan he is seeking. (Please do not use the
