LION was created by two mortgage brokers, Joe and Sam Ringer, who got sick and tired of wading through piles of ratesheets, none of which were organized the same way, fiddling with a calculator to compare programs, and then constantly crossing calls with lenders. They designed the system together specifically to meet the needs of mortgage brokers.

Sam went to programming school, wrote the original software, and is the CEO/President of the company. Joe is the Executive VP who oversees the daily operations of a business that currently requires a staff of about 70 hard working (and, they claim, underpaid) people who bring you thousands of loan programs updated daily.

LION is truly a service created by mortgage brokers, for mortgage brokers. Its mission is simple - LION is here to help brokers be more efficient, be more competitive, and most important, close more deals.
