What they needed was a way to save time and effort! They designed the system together specifically to meet the needs of mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders and consumers.

Sam went to programming school, wrote the original software, and is the President of the company. Joe is the Executive VP who oversees the daily operations of a business that currently requires a staff of 100 plus hard working people who bring you thousands of daily updated loan programs, superior web development, exceptional software and database design, not to mention the best customer service the industry has to offer.
