MBA Financial Group offers several options. We offer the One Time Close
program that provides financing for both the Construction and Permanent
financing utilizing a one close process. This program is provided with a
float down option allowing you to obtain a competitive interest rate when
construction is complete. We also offer a re-hab construction loan that allows you to purchase an existing property that needs re-habbing. This is similar to the One Time Close mentioned above. Do you currently own the land? We have programs that allow you to use the equity in your land to off set the down payment needed for your loan. The One Time Close program above allows you to purchase the land as part of the initial construction loan. If you need the conventional Construction loan followed by Permanent Financing, we have several programs to accommodate your needs.
