Create and execute marketing programs to retain and satisfy LION customers as well as regain former customers. Specific responsibilities include: developing retention and customer-satisfaction metrics; creating programs to encourage repeat visits and increase participation; working with Customer Service to understand and address key customer issues; utilizing research and other analysis to make specific recommendations for service and website enhancements. The retention specialist will develop and drive customer loyalty programs, frequent user programs, new member programs, and create membership benefit programs with outside vendors.
Qualifications include the following: a passion for understanding of customer needs and e-commerce; high enthusiasm and creativity; experience in promotions and onsite marketing; familiarity with research tools; superb communication skills. BA or equivalent 4-year degree required.

MARKET ANALYST/WEB MARKETING SPECIALIST - Seattle
Primary responsibilities include customer market research and analysis. These tasks include creating a system to measure website traffic for members and prospects. Determining the factors that influence why prospects sign up for sales tours and what can be done to increase the percentage of sign ups to site visits. Determining where prospects come from; which other websites and which LION marketing efforts lead to website visits.
This person will also develop web marketing programs directed at prospective customers including; banner ads, email marketing, permission marketing programs, trial promotions and other programs to increase site visits and the percentage of sign ups to site visits. The Marketing Analyst/Web Specialist will be responsible for developing and launching affiliate programs with other websites that will direct traffic and prospects to LION's websites.
The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience working for an Internet company in a marketing or marketing analyst role. Having experience in customer service and/or the mortgage industry is also beneficial. The candidate should be highly analytical, an excellent writer and communicator, and has a thorough understanding of Internet commerce. BA in business or information systems is required.

ADVERTISING SALES MANAGER: Seattle
The Advertising Sales Manager will manage a new department, which will be responsible for increasing LION's ad banner revenue by developing unique banner advertising programs for clients. This position requires is an expert in interactive advertising, in understanding how to develop effective Internet advertising programs and in analyzing the results of an Internet advertising programs.
Develop strong marketing and sales strategies to build ad banner revenue and volumes. Work closely with web masters to redesign web site and new sites to create additional premium advertising space. Develop new programs, ad models and initiatives to increase interactive ad effectiveness and consumer response.
The ideal candidate: 2+ years experience in interactive advertising, advertising or marketing consumer products, services or media. Good understanding of the Internet, e-commerce, and web design, is a definite plus. Management experience and BA with a business or advertising degree is desired.

Do you have project management skills with mortgage industry

The LION Automated Underwriting (AU) project manager will be
responsible for coordinating projects that involve several departments
(engineering, web development, sales and marketing). Project Managers must

working in the mortgage industry as a mortgage broker and/or processor.
Knowledge of Fannie Mae Desktop Originator and/or Freddie Mac Loan
Prospector and software from one of the major loan processing software
