LION developed its "Partners for Progress" program to jointly promote products and services with companies in the mortgage origination industry who share that goal.

The primary objective is to create extra value for customers through this partnership program. We accomplish this by linking the information and services offered by LION to our partners products or services. Our partners' customers benefit from seamless access to LION's Internet site and LION members benefit from improved access to our partners products or services.

In order to qualify for the "Partners for Progress" designation, the potential partner must provide a product or service which advances the technology and the automation of the mortgage industry and thereby improves the services offered by mortgage originators.

The types of organizations that qualify for this designation include:

• Software developers
• Internet companies
• Industry trade associations
• Industry-affiliated companies
• Information service companies

LION's "Partners for Progress" program is designed to create mutually beneficial organization to organization relationships that facilitate exchange of LION's Internet technology with the technology of our Industry Partners organizations. To mutually promote and expand LION and our Partners for Progress products or services we undertake the following joint marketing and development activities with our Industry Partners:

• Software or interface development
• Establishing links for information exchange
• Joint press releases and public relations activities
• Joint promotion of LION and our partners products at tradeshows
• Promotion of LION and our partners products in our direct mail efforts
