UTILITY MENU
Application History:
Displays a complete history of your submissions and credit retrievals and allows you to view the underwriting findings for successful submissions.
Check Application:
Checks for errors and omissions in your file. This utility automatically runs each time you submit a file to MORNETPlus for underwriting.
Credit:
Pulls credit for borrowers and autopopulates the liabilities section of the application. Use Application History to see if the credit retrieval was successful.
DO on the Web:
Submits a FNMA 3.0 or 3.2 formatted 1003 to MORNETPlus for an Automated Underwriting decision. Runs Check Application prior to submitting to check for errors and omissions in the file.
DO Casefile Status:
Links to FNMA DO Casefile Manager to check status.
Printable 1003:
Creates a printable 1003 application in Adobe PDF format.
Export 1003 3.0:
Converts a 2.0 formatted 1003 to a MORNETPlus version 3.0 file for downloading or exports an existing 3.0 formatted 1003. This file can be imported into most Loan Origination Software Packages.
Export 1003 3.2:
Creates a MORNETPlus version 3.2 file for downloading. This file can be imported into a number of Loan Origination Software Packages.
Add Borrower:
Adds a borrower to an existing file.
Remove Borrower:
Removes a borrower from an existing file.
Delete App:
Deletes a file completely from the 1003Manager |
