Special considerations for Macintosh users

Please Note: Netscape Navigator is not currently supported.

Due to limitations in the Apple Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ) environment, additional configuration of the browser is required. Please perform the following steps to ensure proper access to the underwriting environment:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the Edit menu and select Preferences...
3. On the left hand side, select Java under Web Browser.
4. In the Network Access drop-down box, select Unrestricted Access. Click Okay.
