I wanted to commend you and your company on the outstanding mortgage software you have developed. I am amazed that no one else came up with the idea sooner. It has saved me thousands of dollars by locating lenders to find those hard to place loans that I would have had to forego, as well as locate lenders with the most competitive prices. Just finding a lender that has an additional half point rebate on an average $200,000 loan amount saved me $1,000. That savings more than paid for the cost of LION Inc. for the entire year.
Before I used Lioninc, I like most mortgage brokers, received literally dozens of rate sheets daily. It not only tied up my fax machine for more important documents, but wasted my fax paper as well as my valuable time having to go through all of the rate sheets and decipher the lender with the best rates. Now with only a few clicks on the computer I can with confidence locate the most competitive lender as well as earn more additional rebates form lenders I otherwise would not have known about.
While I have referred Lioninc to several other mortgage brokers, I did so hesitantly because I did not want them to know my "secret". The more my competition uses Lioninc the less advantage I will have.
Additionally, I have used Lioninc as a superb marketing tool for new clients. I show them on my laptop computer how I am able to search hundreds of lenders to find them the absolute best interest rate. Most telephone software support lines are busy, have a recorded message or you are put on hold. I have always gotten through and had my questions answered within seconds.
