LOAN SEARCH RESULTS SCREEN Below is a snapshot of the output for the sample search. At the top of the page, it provides a summary of the search parameters that were requested. As you can see, the search result, in seconds, tells you who is doing what in the market today. Our existing customers constantly point out how much time this saves compared to wading through a pile of faxes and calculating in add-ons and adjustments. The output screen is designed to give you the maximum information that could fit on the page. The first column contains a number, telling you when a program was last updated - a 0 reflects the current day's pricing. The second column contains an acronym for the lender. Users quickly become familiar with the acronyms, but any can be checked just by clicking on it, and a handy list can be printed out from the Rolodex. When you click on the acronym, you see not only the lender name, but the full matrix of fees and rates for that program. In the sample, the acronyms are not active links. However, at the bottom of this page is a link that will show you a sample full matrix from one of the lenders.
