eMortgageCenter

Your eMortgageCenter is an easy-to-use online origination resource for you to manage your online leads, applications and web site functions. Through our new rate feed feature you can now connect LION's extensive database of wholesale lenders and regional pricing to your web site and deliver accurate and competitive online rates to consumers with the click of your mouse.

Rate Manager
You have four choices or updating interest rates for your web site and/or advertising with LionInc.com:

1. Rate Feed - Enables you to update rates automatically by marking up wholesale rates from participating regional and national lenders.
2. Expanded Rate Matrix - Allows you to update rates for up to 15 standard programs with 5 quotes per program.
3. Manual Update with APR Update - Enables you to update rates & APR manually for up to 15 standard loan programs and 4 custom programs.
4. Manual Update with Auto APR Calculation - Allows you to update rates manually and calculates the APR for you for up to 15 standard loan programs and 4 custom programs.

Instructions for each of these rate-updating features are available in the Help/Support section of your eMortgage Center.

Please note that if you are advertising at America Mortgage Online or any of the consumer portals in the LionInNc.com network, you should update your interest rates on a daily basis in the morning to ensure that you receive leads and applications each and every day.

Lead Manager
There are four types of leads that are generated from your web site and/or advertising with LionInc.com

1. Application Leads - Can be viewed through your browser, imported into LION's 1003 Manager for submission to Fannie Mae's DO Center, and imported into your loan origination software. You can also view the referring party for the application and delete the application from your eMortgageCenter. Instructions for all import functions can be viewed in the Help/Support Section of your eMortgageCenter.
2. Prequalification Leads - Can be viewed through your browser.
3. Newsletter Leads - Can be viewed through your browser. You can also view our newsletter archive and send any issue to a prospective or current customer.
4. Rate Alert Leads - Can be viewed through your browser.

Web Manager
You have four options to help you maintain and utilize your web site with LionInc.com

1. Request Changes - Send online requests to Lion's web team for updates and site changes.
2. Report Problems - Send directly to your web developer for immediate attention.
3. Web Trends - Allows you to track statistical information on the total activity for your web site over the past week.
4. FAQs - Provides answers to your questions on attracting more traffic to your web site.
