LOAN SEARCH SAMPLE INPUT SCREEN Below is a snapshot of the Loan Search input screen. Each input field either has a pulldown menu giving you choices, or allows you to enter a number. The sample form below has been filled out to provide an example. In this search, the broker is in the State of Washington and is looking for a 30-year fixed rate, owner-occupied duplex, $150,000, 75% LTV, rate-term refinance, full documentation, with fees between a 1.00% rebate and a cost of 1.00% and a lock period between 30 and 60 days. You will see that the broker has selected the Washington region under "Current Region" at the top of the page, and "All Lenders" in the first input field. Then, the broker has filled in the appropriate fields with the parameters desired:
